The 4th International Conference “Railways of Ukraine: Development & Investment” was taking place in Kyiv, Ukraine on February 27, 2020. The event provided participants with an opportunity of discussing the issues related to the current state of the railway market, and also of discovering the prospects of liberalization of railway market, developments in a competitive environment, and the inflow of new players namely private rolling stock operators.
